Visser is excited to introduce the all new Blueline Transplanter at this year’s tradeshow at Cultivate ’16 in Ohio. The Blueline Transplanter is the perfect transplanter for small to medium sized operations and can easily handle up to 10,000 plants per hour in a variety of planting configurations and pot sizes.
The Blueline transplanter is equipped with newly developed grippers and is specially designed with key features such as independent servo controlled grippers and dedicated software which gives the user a high degree of flexibility in combination settings while maintaining a high capacity.
The Blueline transplanter is extremely flexible in that it can handle processing trays both long and short side leading.
Visser has chosen to integrate a Siemens touch screen which provides a very user friendly interface, in which almost every planting combination can be programmed on site with little to no mechanical adjustments being required. Its unique design makes the machine compact and easy to use in almost every situation.
Upgrade options are available for alternative source trays as well as higher throughput capacity.
