We’ll work with you to find out if you need parts or one of our technicians to perform a service call, and our staff will be happy to assist you along the way. All we need is your name, your business name, some contact information, and the make/model from the data plate of the equipment that you need help with.
I’m not sure what kind of equipment I have. I can’t find the data plate and I don’t know what it’s called. Can you still help me?
Bellpark Horticulture has an extensive database of equipment sold in North America. For any information we don’t have readily available, we’ll find it! Give us a call at 604-385-1171 and our service technicians will be happy to work with you to learn more about the machine you have, troubleshoot any issues or replace any parts, and ensure you’re taken care of.

Yes! Bellpark Horticulture stocks a wide variety of parts for the various machines and factories we represent in North America. We also have access to many many exclusive vendors to source obsolete or highly unusual parts. If we’re unable to source a part, our product experts will find a solution for your needs. I don’t know what the part I need is called. How do I order a replacement?
Bellpark Horticulture’s experienced parts department knows these machines inside and out. Please send us a photo of the parts, as well as any markings that can be found on it, and we’ll take it from there.
I need a user manual for my machine. Can you send me one?
We’re happy to supply documentation for all of our machines. We find that sometimes having on-site training with our of our field service technicians is the best way to learn about your machine. I’m maintaining our equipment. Do I need to order service or can you just send me parts?
Bellpark Horticulture encourages regular maintenance of horticulture automation equipment and encourages a proactive preventative maintenance program to ensure your machine is calibrated and ready to go before, during, and at the end of your season. We find that an on-site visit from one of our field service technicians is the most reliable way to make sure your machine works the way you expect it to. That being said, Bellpark Horticulture is happy to work with your maintenance team to supply you with the right parts and communicate with you via phone support to ensure the repair or replacement process goes smoothly.
